If you are interested in purchasing our fresh, organic produce or edible flowers, please realize we harvest most vegetables fresh in the morning so all orders must be phoned or emailed in at least by the day before the order is due. We encourage you to make arrangements for orders in advance. This allows us to better serve you and give you a better selection. It is almost impossible for us to pick your order instantly.

For many of our restaurant and catering clients, we have standing orders. Because we are a small business, our produce is often sold out during peak seasons. However, most of these standing orders are for weekends. The best time for individual customers to order is in the beginning of the week. We usually have some surplus to sell to the public then.

Also, please undestand we grow only SEASONALLY, so check availability on our produce list before calling or emailing.

An advanced notice and prearranged pick-up appointment is required. You MUST call or email and receive permission prior to arriving at our home. Because our garden is located at our home, we ask that you respect that we are not set up for and cannot accommodate drop-in visits. We are not a public store.

When you come to pick up an item, please understand that we cannot give you a personal tour of the Path to Freedom urban homestead or allow you to walk through the frontyard and garden. While we desire to create Path to Freedom into an educational tool, we are a viable, working homestead -- not a showplace able to accommodate walk-in traffic or a showplace. The sacrifice of time to give every visitor a tour is too great. The time taken to give tours is time away from our work, which means decreased production from the garden and the loss of income.

We are CLOSED on Saturdays in observance of our Sabbath. If you need an order on Sunday, please call by Friday. If you need an order for Saturday, please pick it up on Friday.
